The Acanthus group is a small group of dedicated independent Christian men with decades of diverse business knowledge and experience. We’re committed to assisting small companies or organizations address tactical and strategic business issues.
Our mission is to help small companies by providing free Biblical and business wisdom. Our members come from different industries and experiences, both large and small. Some of us are retired and others are still working, but we are all committed to helping you if we have the experience and skills necessary.

More Details
Typically the Acanthus client is a sole proprietor or small business like an LLC or Sub-Chapter S Corporation with less than 25 employees. If you have a Board of Directors or an Advisory Board our services are usually not necessary. We accept a limited number of clients through an application and review process.
We choose to work exclusively face-to-face and therefore we’re limited to the Greater Nashville area, within a 50 mile radius of Spring Hill, TN. At least two of our team will be present at every meeting, offering you multiple perspectives each time we get together.
If you’re looking for our answers, you probably aren’t a good fit for our services. We don’t provide recommendations but instead offer our experience, expertise, and ideas, in order to assist you in evaluating how you operate your business. Our role is to help you identify problems, solutions, and action steps to accomplish the goal or solutions you have chosen. We’ll help you find your own answers.
Acanthus does not provide counseling, consulting, or therapy, but offers experience, expertise, and ideas, in order to assist in evaluating how our clients might choose to operate their organizations.
There are no charges or fees for our services. We are strictly volunteering our expertise.
We absolutely guarantee to give you the best quality guidance, support, and help we possibly can. But, we don’t make any express or implied guarantee of results.

After being approved as a client, you’ll be assigned a coaching team and a primary contact. Other Acanthus Group and associate members are available to assist as needed as well.
We only provide in-person coaching, so none of our services are available by phone or online.
We will continue to work with you as long as both you and Acanthus feel that we are being helpful.
